Most people and workshops talk about weaknesses and how to develop them. Now, WE talk about what works well…
Identifying and playing to your strengths is important and has a number of benefits.
–> Are more engaged at what they do
–> Are more self-confident
–> Have higher energy level and vitality
–> Experience less stress – and are generally better at bouncing back from difficulties
–> Perform better at work and thus are more likely to stay at their employer
–> Are more likely to set goals and achieve them and…
–> Live a happier and more fulfilling life
–> Identify your own strengths
–> Find out how your strengths contribute to your success already
–> Discover how you can develop your strengths further and use them so you play out fully.
Together we will be exploring ways in which you can enjoy your work more, improve your work performance, find a better job, enhance your relationships with your friends, family and significant other, and improve your mental health at the same time.
This workshop is for anyone who is willing to get awareness around their strengths.
–> Enjoy your work more
–> Improve your work performance
–> Find a better job
–> Enhance your relationship with your co-workers and friends
–> Understand and improve your relationship with your spouse, significant other or other family members
–> Be happier
Shall I continue the list? 🙂
I’m sure you got the point.
The workshop will take place onÂ
Saturday, 30th November 2019
from 2 to 6 pm
The location is downtown Brussels, near Schuman and Ambiorix (you will get the exact address and access details upon sign up).
The price is only 45 € for the total of 4 hours’ of workshop, including handouts and coffee/tea in the break.
The workshop will take place in a small group setting (a minimum of 6 participants is required though) so there will be plenty of space for you to share and get personal attention.
For our discovery journey we will use a varied set of tools, moving away from boring one-sided presentations to working with cards, doing lots of hands-on individual and group activities and even playing (let this be a surprise though! 🙂 ).
Can hardly wait to get started?
